The pages at www.soplyapp.com are static. They do not include a sign-in form, contact form, advertising pixel, or analytics script in the site code. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send so we can respond.
Our hosting provider or web server may process technical request information, such as an IP address and request time, to deliver pages and maintain service security. Your browser may also request a page from the hosting server when you follow an internal link.
Soply applications
Soply apps operate within Shopify and may process store, product, inventory, order, or account data as required by their functions and permissions. The data involved depends on which app is installed and enabled. For questions about app data, access, correction, deletion, or a merchant’s customer request, contact support@soplyapp.com and identify the app and store.
External services
Google Shopping Feed connects a merchant’s Google account and Merchant Center when the merchant authorizes it. This website itself does not connect to a Google account or submit a product feed.
