These terms apply to your use of Soply Google Shopping Feed. By installing or using the app for a Shopify store, you agree to these terms on behalf of the store you manage.
What the app provides
The app helps you select Shopify products and markets, connect a Google Merchant Center account and API data source, submit product information, and inspect sync and Google processing results. A queued or successful submission does not guarantee Google approval, ad placement, or sales.
Your account and responsibilities
You must have authority to manage the Shopify store and the Google account and Merchant Center account you connect. You choose which products and markets are in scope and are responsible for the accuracy of submitted product information, your store’s policies, and compliance with the requirements that apply to your products and markets. Keep your Shopify and Google account access secure.
Google, Shopify, and optional features
Google Merchant Center and Shopify are separate services with their own terms, policies, and availability. Google decides how it processes and reviews submitted products. If you use optional AI assistance, review its suggestions before applying them to product information or feed settings. The app’s handling of information is described in the Google Shopping Feed privacy policy.
Plans and service changes
Any app subscription or usage charge offered in Shopify is shown through Shopify’s billing flow before you accept it. You can stop future use by uninstalling the app through Shopify, subject to any charges or obligations already incurred. We may update the app or these terms as the service changes; the updated terms will be published here with a new date.
