For a material sourced from a Shopify product variant, Soply can read stock from selected locations and apply a Location rule to calculate the material's available quantity. Choose locations that can actually supply the material for your business.
Select participating locations
Open the Shopify product stock material in Raw Materials and confirm its linked source variant. Select the locations that should participate, choose a location rule, and save. A Shopify location with stock is not automatically a location you can use for every product.
Compare the rules

If location A has 8 units and B has 5, the sum is 13 and the lowest-stock result is 5. Summing may fit a material pool that can supply sales across both locations; a workflow requiring each participating location to meet a constraint may call for a more conservative rule. Use priority order is not currently a promise of ordered warehouse deduction.
Verify the result
After saving, compare Available from Shopify with the selected location quantities in Shopify. Then review the availability of bound products. If the numbers differ from your calculation, check whether each location is active, the linked source variant is correct, and a recent Shopify stock change has appeared in Soply.
